Am I Allowed to Refuse the Breath or Field Sobriety Tests?

Under Florida law, you are actually allowed to refuse breath test, field sobriety test. Now, whether it's advisable or not is another story. Sometimes, it might be better to take the breath test. Sometimes, it might be better to take the field sobriety test. Are you allowed to refuse those things on a first? You are. Now, on a second or more DUI, then the law actually does charge you as a misdemeanor for refusing a second or more refusal.
