Do I Need an Attorney for My Criminal Case and How Much Will It Cost?
We want you to always have representation for a criminal case. A person is facing jail in every single criminal case. A person may not always do jail, but they're always facing jail. That's why it's important to have an attorney to evaluate the issues, look them over, see if there's any ways to get it dismissed or reduced, therefore, having attorney is in my opinion a need. As far as costs go, that really just depends on the seriousness of the charge. Certain charges are going to cost a lot less. A misdemeanor is going to cost a lot less than a felony. A DUI is going to cost more than your average traffic ticket, so it is always best to have an attorney look at those legal issues, and cost is always something to be taken into consideration, but it should not be the only consideration.
