If I'm Convicted of a DUI in Florida, Cant I Just Go to Another State or Country to Get a New License?

The main thing a person has to understand is if they are convicted of a DUI in Florida that conviction will carry to all other 50 states. If there is a license suspension pending in Florida, that license suspension will carry to all other 50 states. The conviction will also affect what happens in other states as well. It is almost never the case that you can get a new license in another state. I have seen it happen, but it is a very rare, rare case for that to happen.
